Mababa Mwana
Mbaba Mwana is a young Jersey cow who was rescued from dairy exploitation. Although she isn't Nana Buluku's daughter, she has been welcomed into Nana and Shango's little family and quickly became completely at home with them.

Mbaba Mwana is a young Jersey cow with a huge personality packed into a very small body. She is affectionate, loving and incredibly confident, and she has absolutely no problem making her presence known. 🐮
When she arrived at the Sanctuary, she quickly became very affectionate with us. She loves scratches, attention and, most importantly, giving kisses. She is one of those animals who seems to genuinely enjoy being around people and has no hesitation about coming over to say hello.
She has also formed a beautiful relationship with Nana Buluku and Shango. Even though she isn't Nana's daughter, she has been completely accepted by them and has become part of their little family. She and Shango especially love playing together.
It is particularly special to see her growing up alongside them. She was rescued from a life where her value was determined by what she could produce, and now she gets to simply be a young cow: eating grass, playing, cuddling and growing up surrounded by animals who love her.
Unique trait: the kisses. Mbaba Mwana is probably one of the most affectionate cows at the Sanctuary and will happily come over for scratches and affection. 💕
