Sorcha
Sorcha is an adult sheep and one of the most affectionate and social members of our flock. She arrived at the Sanctuary from a dairy farm and after a difficult miscarrige, so they decide to give her to us as an act of mercy.
Sorcha loves being around both the other sheep and the humans caring for her.
About Sorcha
Sorcha is an adult sheep with a very affectionate and social personality. She loves company and is happiest when she spots a human, because that means cuddles! 🐑
She has a particularly close bond with Brigid, and the two of them are often inseparable. But Sorcha is social with everyone and has a lovely ability to make the whole flock feel like a little family.
She is also very affectionate towards humans. While some of our sheep need a lot of time before they feel comfortable coming close, Sorcha is much more open and enjoys attention from the people around her.
Over time, we've watched the relationships within the flock change and develop. Morrigan and Seren have become more confident, Brigid continues to keep everyone on their toes, and Sorcha is often right there in the middle of it all, happily socialising with everybody.
Unique trait: her social nature. Sorcha really doesn't seem to believe in being alone. If there is a group somewhere, she wants to be part of it. 🫶
